Michael Nichols is an attorney with over 8 years of IP ligitation experience.  Prior to joining SCF Law, he represented many Silicon Valley clients in litigation matters at Morrison Forester.  His litigation and negotiation skills are complimented by his ability to work efficiently and create simple but effective strategies for his clients.   

Michael has the skill to address corporate matters and counsel corporations to prevent, or prepare for litigation.

Michael has represented clients in intellectual property, trade secret, trademark and non-compete matters, as well as general corporate and business litigation matters.
